With over 13 years of experience and having lived and worked across five countries, she brings a truly global and grounded perspective shaped by working hands-on with teams, leaders, and organizations navigating change.
Her keynote, The Augmented Human, starts with an uncomfortable but necessary question: what makes us truly human in a world where machines are becoming increasingly capable? Through a powerful and practical lens, Daniela introduces a dual approach to AI adoption — showing that real transformation doesn't start with tools, but with people who have a reason to move.
